Currently Obninsk Center for Powder Spraying produces manually operated DYMET® series coating equipment.

DYMET® trademark is officially registered in Russia.

All equipment is certified under GOST R system.

Our small-size equipment has different technical applications mainly in assembling, repair or restoration works. The equipment can be built in automatic production lines, work posts, sections or robotic systems.

DYMET® model 413

DYMET® is destined for hand deposition of aluminum, copper, zinc, nicel or tin coatings in a wide range of assembling, repair or restoration works.

    • spraying gun only - 400x70x200 mm;

    • spraying unit - 1.3 kg;
    • whole device - 18 kg;
  • pressure of consumed compressed air - 0.6-0.9 MPa (6-9 bar);
  • consumption of compressed air - 0.3 m3/min;
  • power - 220V, 3.3 kW;
  • production capacity (weight of deposited aluminum coating): 5 g/min.

Consumed materials

Special powders or their mixes are used for coatings deposition by DYMET® equipment. These powders are made in OPSC from powders, produced in Russia. Recommended applications of powder materials are given in table 1.

Nozzle inserts, which are worn out during the equipment device exploitation, can be also considered the consumed materials.

The consumed materials are supplied in accordance with customer orders.
